The rooms are super clean and spacious, with great air conditioning and a comfy seating area. Loved the amenities like the microwave, fridge, and free toiletries. The fitness center and hot tub are nice touches too. Staff was friendly, except for one clerk who was kinda distracted. a good spot near PNC Arena!

we chose this location mainly because of the EV chargers. the hotel was great and being able to fill up my tesla sealed the deal. the rooms are clean and large, and the staff is great. everything went well until we tried to stay for an additional night, and the staff person took a very long time to tell us no and didn't offer any suggestions which we found on our own under the same hyatt hotel located only a few minutes away.

I chose Hyatt Place for its proximity to Lake Johnson, which I wanted to explore. The free shuttle service pleasantly surprised me. The restaurant, bar, 24-hour gym, and complimentary breakfast with hot items at the cafe were all delightful amenities.
Last-minute room change, maintenance issues. Construction around the hotel.

Affordable, spacious rooms, friendly staff, varied tasty breakfast, LEED-certified building, mini-fridge.
Felt special, no complaints at all.
